1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (journals, eBooks, meditations, etc.) are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue with downloading or accessing your product, please contact us and we will assist promptly.
2. Physical Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
3. Workshops, Courses & Retreats

For events or workshops, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a partial refund.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
