Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand by the quality of our wellness tools and content. However, due to the nature of our offerings, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Digital Products

  • All sales of digital products (journals, eBooks, meditations, etc.) are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience a technical issue with downloading or accessing your product, please contact us and we will assist promptly.

2. Physical Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

3. Workshops, Courses & Retreats

  • For events or workshops, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a partial refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
